Coconut cookies

Ingredients 20 Cookies

  • 1 Egg (60g)  
  • 45g Light brown sugar
  • 30g Unsalted butter,melted 
  • 40g Flour
  • 100gDesiccated coconut (Long or Fine )

Directions

①Crack eggs into a bowl and mix well.
②Add sugar and mix well.
③ Add melted butter and mix well.
④ Sift flour and add.
⑤Add coconut and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
⑥Preheat oven to 160℃.
Roll the dough into small balls with your hands. (Divide into about 20 pieces.) Roll out to 5 cm in diameter.
⑦Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
⑧After baking, allow to cool on the tray for 10mins
transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
