Ingredients:
- Onion - 2 cups
- Cabbage - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Green chilli and garlic paste -1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour (besan)-1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil to fry
For green chutney:
- Green chilli - 4
- Ginger - 2 inch
- Garlic cloves - 8
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Water -2 tbsp
