Ingredients:

  • Onion - 2 cups
  • Cabbage - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli and garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour (besan)-1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil to fry

For green chutney:

  • Green chilli - 4
  • Ginger - 2 inch
  • Garlic cloves - 8
  • Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Water -2 tbsp
