INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 3 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Almond
  • 1 Tbsp Pistachio
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
  • 2 Tbsp Raisin

Roast For 30 Sec.
Roast In Low Flame
Keep Aside
200 Gm Vermicelli

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Milk Powder

Roast In Low Flame
Fry For 5-6 Min.
Roast Until Change The Color
Keep ¼ Cup Vermicelli

  • ¼ Tspn Yellow Food Color

Mix Well

Making Cream Filling:

  • 2 Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Condensed Milk
  • ½ Cup Custard Powder
  • ½ Cup Cream

Mix Well

Let It Boil

Cook Until Thicken

Nawabi Shemai Assembling:

  • 7 Inch Mould

Spread Vermicelli

Pour

Mix Colored Vermicelli with Roasted Vermicelli

Spread

Roasted Nuts, Raisin

Keep In Fridge For 2 Hours
