  • 3 cups Brown Sugar - 21.6 pesos
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla - 3 pesos
  • 4 medium sized eggs - 26.6 pesos
  • 6 cups Oatmeal (Instant or Rolled) - 82 pesos

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 1/2 cup or 250g Dark Chocolate (any brand po) - 70 pesos
  • 1 cup condensada - 15.7 pesos
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter - 12 pesos

Ube Ganache

  • 1 cup condensada - 15.7 pesos
  • 1/4 cup Ube halaya - 16 pesos
  • 1 tsp Ube Flavoring ( I used Bakersfield Ube Flavorade) - 3 pesos
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter - 12 pesos
