Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet Negosyo

Ingredients & Costing:

Marinate:

  • 1.5kgs Fish Fillet (Pangasius Creamdory) - 202.5 pesos (@135/kg)
  • 1 lemon - 20 pesos
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder - 2.3 pesos
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper - 50 centavos
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning Powder - 1.5 pesos (optional pwede replace ng salt small amount lang)

Batter:

  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour - 3.6 pesos
  • 1/2 cup Potato starch - 12.48 pesos (optional pwede replace ng cornstarch or apf lahat)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder - 2.3 pesos
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper - 1 peso
  • 2/3 cup water - 30 centavos (ito yung accurate sukat)
  • 1/2 tsp salt - 10 centavos
  • Oil for Frying - 30 pesos

Sweet & Sour Sauce

  • Oil galing sa pinagprituhan ng fish
  • 3 cloves garlic - 2 pesos
  • 1 medium sized carrot - 10 pesos
  • Bell Peppers (Green & Red) - 15 pesos
  • Onion (Red & White) - 8 pesos
  • 70g Tomato Paste - 15 pesos
  • 530ml Pineapple Juice - 32 pesos
  • 1 Pineapple chunks - 16 pesos
  • 1 tbsp Cassava Starch - 1 peso
  • 1/2 cup Sugar - 4.8 pesos
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 peso

Packaging:

  • 250ml Microwaveable tub - 4 each
