INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Rice

Soak For 2-3 Hours

  • ½ Cup Poha/ Flattened Rice

Wash Well
Soaked Rice
Wash Well
Pour In Blender
Washed Poha

  • 1/3 Cup Water

Blend Smooth

  • ¼ Cup Carrot
  • ¼ Cup Onion
  • ¼ Cup Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tspn Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • Salt as per Taste
  • ¼ Cup Curd
  • ¼ Tspn Baking Soda
  • ¾ Cup Water

Mix Well

  • 2 Tspn Oil

Pour Batter
Cook For 2 Min.
Fry Both Side Well
