INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- 1 Cup Rice
Soak For 2-3 Hours
- ½ Cup Poha/ Flattened Rice
Wash Well
Soaked Rice
Wash Well
Pour In Blender
Washed Poha
- 1/3 Cup Water
Blend Smooth
- ¼ Cup Carrot
- ¼ Cup Onion
- ¼ Cup Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tspn Ginger
- 2 Green Chilli
- ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
- Salt as per Taste
- ¼ Cup Curd
- ¼ Tspn Baking Soda
- ¾ Cup Water
Mix Well
- 2 Tspn Oil
Pour Batter
Cook For 2 Min.
Fry Both Side Well
