This Sev ki Sabzi Recipe is very easy, easy enough even for beginners.

Sev ki sabji is also called, sev tamatar ki sabji, sev nu shak, sev chi bhaji, sev tameta nu shak, tomato gathiya nu shaak, kathiyavadi sev tameta etc.

Preparation Time : 30 Minutes

Serving : 2 to 3

Ingredients:

Thick besan sev or Gathiya-100 gm or 1 cup

Tomato(chopped/grated or puree)-1/2 cup

Coriander leaves Onion(chopped)-2

Ginger(grated or paste)-1 tsp

Garlic(grated or paste)-1 tsp

Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp

Cooking oil-3 tbsp

Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp

Red chilli powder-3/4 tsp

Coriander powder-1/3 tsp

Cumin power-1/3 tsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
