- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Ajwain
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Mix Well
- 1/3 Cup Water
Make Dough
Take Some Dough
Roll
- 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
- ½ Tspn Cumin
- ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
- ½ Tspn Salt
- 2 Tbsp Carrot
- 2 Tbsp Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 2 Green Chilli
Mix Well
Spread Potato Mixture
Roll
Cut Into Pieces
Flour Slurry :
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- ¼ Tspn Chilli Flakes
- ¼ Tspn Salt
- 1/3 Cup Water
Mix Well
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
