Sweet Potato Cheesecake
Ingredients
5.9inch (15cm)round Cake Pan
- 200g Sweet potato(after peeling)
- 35g Sugar
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 100g Heavy Cream(43%Fat)
- 10g Cornstarch
Directions
Preparation:
Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃
①Peel the sweet potatoes and Cut into 1cm thick pieces.
soak them in water.
②Microwave until sweet potatoes are tender.
Mash the sweet potatoes.
③Add sugar, eggs, cream cheese, and cream, in that order, and mix well.
④Finally, sift cornstarch and mix well.
⑤Pour the mixture into the cake pan.
⑥Bake for 338 °F/170℃ 35-40min.
⑦Allow to cool completely before you take out the cake from the pan.
Cut and serve!
The flavor of this cake won't have settled yet when they are fresh out of the oven, so be sure to let them rest for half a day or more before enjoying them.
