INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Poha/ Flatten Rice

Soak For 5 Min.

Wash Well

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Green Capsicum
  • 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chat Masala
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Onion

Mix Well

Flour Slurry:

  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Water

Grease Some Oil In Hand

Make Shape

Dip In Flour Slurry

Coat with Vermicelli

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry Until Golden & Crisp
