- 1 Cup Poha/ Flatten Rice
Soak For 5 Min.
Wash Well
- 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
- ¼ Cup Carrot
- 2 Tbsp Green Capsicum
- 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic
- 2 Green Chilli
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
- ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tspn Cumin
- ½ Tspn Garam Masala Powder
- ½ Tspn Chat Masala
- ½ Tspn Salt
- 3 Tbsp Onion
Mix Well
Flour Slurry:
- ¼ Cup Flour
- ½ Cup Water
Grease Some Oil In Hand
Make Shape
Dip In Flour Slurry
Coat with Vermicelli
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden & Crisp
