- Onion -1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/tsp
- Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
- Garam masala -1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder -1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil/ ghee
