Ingredients
- 1 And ¼ Cup Water
- ½ Tspn Salt
- 1 Tspn Oil
- Let It Boil
- 1 Cup Suji / Semolina
- Keep Stirring
- Cook Until Separate From The Pan
- Keep Aside
Potato Stuffing:
- 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Onion
- 2 Green Chilli
- 2 Tbsp Capsicum
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
- ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
- ½ Tspn Cumin
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Mix Well
- Knead The Dough For 2 Min.
- Take Some Dough
- Rub Some Oil
- Roll
- Cut With Cutter Or Steel Bowl
- Potato Stuffing
- Fold As Shown
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Fry In Medium Heat
- Fry Both Sides Well
