Ingredients

  • 1 And ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tspn Oil
  • Let It Boil
  • 1 Cup Suji / Semolina
  • Keep Stirring
  • Cook Until Separate From The Pan
  • Keep Aside

Potato Stuffing:

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Onion
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Capsicum
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Mix Well
  • Knead The Dough For 2 Min.
  • Take Some Dough
  • Rub Some Oil
  • Roll
  • Cut With Cutter Or Steel Bowl
  • Potato Stuffing
  • Fold As Shown
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • Fry In Medium Heat
  • Fry Both Sides Well
