The Best Banana Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

18×18cm 

Square Cake Pan

  • 100g Dark chocolate
  • 45g Unsalted butter 
  • 2 Eggs(110g w/o shell)
  • *room temperature
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 100g Banana(net weight )
  • 60g Flour
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 2g Baking powder

For Toppings:

  • 9 Biscuits

【Directions】

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

① Beat the eggs. Mash the banana using a fork (preferably using fully ripe bananas for a delicious result).

② Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a bowl. Put the butter on top and heat it in a microwave at 600 watts for about 50 seconds. Mix slowly until smooth.

③ Add sugar, mashed banana, and beaten eggs in that order, mixing well after each addition.

④ Sift in the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, then mix.

⑤ Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and top it with biscuits.

⑥ Preheat the oven to 170°C, then adjust the temperature to 160°C and bake for 20 minutes.

⑦ Once baked, let it cool in the pan for about 30 minutes. Then, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a cake cooler.

⑧ Once completely cooled, wrap it in plastic wrap or place it in a plastic bag to prevent the cake from drying out.
