Mixed Dry Fruits Shake
A mixed dry fruits shake is a nutritious and flavorful beverage made with a combination of dried fruits. It's a great way to incorporate the goodness of various dried fruits into your diet.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup mixed dried fruits (such as dates, raisins, figs, apricots, and prunes)
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled shake)
Instructions:
- Soak the mixed dried fruits in warm water for about 15-20 minutes to soften them.
- Drain the soaked dried fruits and discard the water.
- In a blender, add the soaked dried fruits, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if desired).
