INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Tbsp Custard Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Milk

Mix Well

  • 1 Litre Milk

Let It Boil

  • 2 Cardamom

Boil For 2-3 Min.

Keep Aside

  • 1 Tspn Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Almond
  • 1 Tbsp Pistachio
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
  • 1 Tbsp Raisin
  • 1 Tbsp Dates

Roast For 30sec.

Remove 1 Tbsp Nut For Decoration

  • 1/3 Cup Vermicelli

Roast For 2-3 Min. In Low Heat

Boiled Milk

  • 1/3 Cup Sugar

Custard Mixture

Mix Well

Cook For 5 Min.
