- ½ Cup Suji / Semolina
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Keep Aside
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Potato Stuffing:
- 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Onion
- 2 Green Chilli
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
- ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
- ½ Tspn Cumin
- ½ Tspn Chat Masala
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
Take Some Suji Dough
Use a Silicone Matte
Press To Make Pattern
Potato Stuffing
Cover Well
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 5-7 Min.
