Easy Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:

● Paneer - 200 grams

● Everest Shahi Paneer Masala - 1 sachet

● Onion - 1 cup

● Tomato - 1 cup

● Ginger - 2 inch

● Garlic cloves - 12

● Cashews - 12

● Green chilli - 1

● Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp

● Everest’s Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

● Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

● Roasted kasuri methi -1 tsp

● Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp

● Salt to taste

● Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Garlic Naan:

● Wheat flour - 2 cups

● Curd - 3 tbsp

● Sugar - 1 tsp

● Salt - 1/2 tsp

● Eno - 1/2 tsp

● Garlic - 1 tbsp

● Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

● Nigella seeds - 1 tsp

● Butter

Recipe:

● Add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli and cashews in a pressure cooker.

● Add 1 cup of water and a little salt.

● Boil it for 2 -3 whistles on medium flame.

● Put it into a blending jar and blend it.

● Strain it and keep it aside.

● Heat oil and butter and shallow fry the paneer and take out.

● Add oil and add turmeric and red chilli powder, mix it well.

● Add blended paste and Everest Shahi Paneer Masala.

● Cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame.

● Add water and let the curry boil.

● Add fried paneer and fresh cream

● Add roasted kasuri methi and turn off the flame.

● Serve hot with laccha onion and garlic naan
