Tofu and Chives Dumpling

Hey Foodies! Filled with meaty tofu, mushrooms, chives and served with a delicious dipping sauce, these vegan dumplings are a great treat for all.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms
  • 450g firm tofu
  • 300g chives
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy bean paste
  • 2 tsp mushroom powder
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp cornstarch
