Ingredients:

For Marination:

  • Paneer - 300 grams
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala -1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper -1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste or 1 tsp

For Curd masala paste :

  • Curd -1 cup
  • Roasted kasuri methi -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder -2 tsp
  • Cumin powder -1 tsp
  • Garam masala -1 tsp
  • Black pepper -1/4 tsp

For Onion Paste:

  • Onion - 1 cup
  • Green chilli - 4
  • Garlic cloves - 16
  • Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
  • Cashews - 15
  • Cooking oil -2 tbsp

For Curry:

  • Cooking oil -4 tbsp
  • Bay leaves - 1
  • Black cardamom -1
  • Mace -1/2 inch
  • Prepared onion paste
  • Prepared curd paste
  • Fried paneer
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted kasuri methi
  • Butter -1 tbsp
