INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 3 Leftover Roti

Roll

Cut Into Thin Slices

Pour

  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tspn Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Water

Mix

  • 3 Tbsp Cornflour

Mix Well

Keep Aside

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Flour

Mix Well

Take Some Mixture

Make Shape

Flour Slurry:

    • 3 Tbsp Flour
    • 1/3 Cup Water

Mix Well

Dip In Flour Slurry

Coat With Roti Slices

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
