INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Water
  • ¼ Tspn Cardamom Powder

A Pinch Of Saffron

Let It Boil

  • 1-2 Drops Yellow Food Color

Cook Until 1 String Consistency

Keep Aside

  • ¼ Cup Wheat Flour
  • ¼ Cup Suji / Semolina

Roast In Low Heat

  • ¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut

Keep Stirring

  • ¼ Cup Ghee

Roast For 5 Min.

Add Sugar Syrup

Keep Stirring

Cook Until Separate From The Pan

Grease Oil In 6 Inch Mould

Place a Baking Paper

Spread Well

Keep Aside For 30 Min.

Cut Into Pieces
