- 2/3 Cup Water
- ¼ Tspn Cardamom Powder
A Pinch Of Saffron
Let It Boil
- 1-2 Drops Yellow Food Color
Cook Until 1 String Consistency
Keep Aside
- ¼ Cup Wheat Flour
- ¼ Cup Suji / Semolina
Roast In Low Heat
- ¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut
Keep Stirring
- ¼ Cup Ghee
Roast For 5 Min.
Add Sugar Syrup
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Grease Oil In 6 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Spread Well
Keep Aside For 30 Min.
Cut Into Pieces
