Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Ajwain
  • Mix Well
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • Make Dough
  • 2 Boiled Grated Potatoes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cumin
  • Mix Well
  • Take Some Dough
  • Roll
  • Spread Coriander Leaves
  • Sprinkle Sesame Seeds
  • Cut With a Glass
  • Potato Mixture
  • Cover Well
  • Spread Oil
  • Cook In Medium Heat For 5 Min.
  • Fry Both Sides Well
