Delicious Watermelon Jelly Candy

Ingredients:
- 4 cups watermelon juice (approximately 600 kcal)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Powdered sugar for coating
Steps:
- In a saucepan, heat watermelon juice over low heat. Gradually add sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Let it simmer until the gelatin completely dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, cut the jelly into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch and powdered sugar. Toss the jelly cubes in the mixture to coat evenly.
- Your Watermelon Jelly Candies are ready to be enjoyed. Store in a cool place.
