Delicious Watermelon Jelly Candy

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups watermelon juice (approximately 600 kcal)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • Powdered sugar for coating

Steps:

  1. In a saucepan, heat watermelon juice over low heat. Gradually add sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Let it simmer until the gelatin completely dissolves.
  3. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Once set, cut the jelly into bite-sized cubes.
  5. In a bowl, mix cornstarch and powdered sugar. Toss the jelly cubes in the mixture to coat evenly.
  6. Your Watermelon Jelly Candies are ready to be enjoyed. Store in a cool place.
