Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup pitted prunes, soaked in rum
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing
