- 4-5 turkey necks

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Rinse the turkey necks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

4. Brush the turkey necks with the barbecue sauce mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.

5. Place the turkey necks on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, basting them with the barbecue sauce every 5-7 minutes.

6. Flip the turkey necks over and continue cooking for another 20-25 minutes, basting them with the barbecue sauce every 5-7 minutes.

7. The turkey necks are done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the meat is tender and falling off the bone.

8. Remove the turkey necks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
