Green Sauce

Rachel’s Green Sauce is a versatile sauce that can be served on just about anything! Use it as a bread dip or drizzle on top of your favorite meat or veggies. No matter how you use it, you are going to love it!

Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh cilantro loosely packed
• 1 to 2 jalapeños
• 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
