Chutney Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
Bread Slices as needed
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Coconut - ¼ cup grated
Green Chilli - 3
Ginger - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
Onion - 1 chopped finely
Tomato - 1 chopped finely
Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
Sandwich Masala or Chat masala powder as needed
Cheese as needed shredded
Butter as needed
Instructions
- Grind ingredients from coriander leaves to lemon juice to a fine puree. Set aside.
- Mix onion, tomato, coriander leaves, cheese and sandwich masala.
- Take a bread, applychutney on both side. Place the filling and cover it.
- Melt some butter in a pan, place bread and cover it. Cook till golden on one side, flip over and cook on other side too. Top with cheese and cook till it is melted.
- Remove and cut into pieces.
- Serve.
