Chutney Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
Bread Slices as needed
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Coconut - ¼ cup grated
Green Chilli - 3
Ginger - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
Onion - 1 chopped finely
Tomato - 1 chopped finely
Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
Sandwich Masala or Chat masala powder as needed
Cheese as needed shredded
Butter as needed

Instructions

  1. Grind ingredients from coriander leaves to lemon juice to a fine puree. Set aside.
  2. Mix onion, tomato, coriander leaves, cheese and sandwich masala.
  3. Take a bread, applychutney on both side. Place the filling and cover it.
  4. Melt some butter in a pan, place bread and cover it. Cook till golden on one side, flip over and cook on other side too. Top with cheese and cook till it is melted.
  5. Remove and cut into pieces.
  6. Serve.
