- Bring It To a Boil
- Low The Flame
- Collect Malai From The Sides
- Stir The Milk
- Reduce Into ½
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- Reduce Into 1/3 Portion
- Thick Consistency
- Cool Down Completely
- Pour In Kulfi Mould
- Cover With Foil Paper
- Insert Stick
- Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours
