INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Cup Milk
  • Bring It To a Boil
  • Low The Flame
  • Collect Malai From The Sides
  • Stir The Milk
  • Reduce Into ½
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  1. Reduce Into 1/3 Portion
  2. Thick Consistency
  3. Cool Down Completely
  4. Pour In Kulfi Mould
  5. Cover With Foil Paper
  6. Insert Stick
  7. Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours
