Hey Foodies! These wholesome pancakes are made with just a few healthy ingredients. They’re super easy to make in one bowl and can easily customize. Add with your favorite pancake toppings like fresh fruits, nuts and syrups.

Ingredients:

Flaxseed egg:

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp hot water

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup allulose sweetener
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 3 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • slice of bananas
  • fiber syrup
  • mint leaves
