Mozaik pasta

INGREDIENTS
150g chocolate chips 200ml (1 cup) hot cream 3 tbsp melted butter 150ml milk ( 2/3 cup) 4 tbsp cocoa powder 300g biscuits 80g hazelnuts 80g pistachios 120g melted chocolate
METHOD
- In a bowl add chocolate chips and hot cream, and add melted butter, milk, and cocoa powder.
- In a bowl add cookies, and nuts and pour the prepared chocolate mixture.
- Freeze for 1 hour, top with melted butter, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
