  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3-4 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2-3 Dried Kashmiri Red Chilis
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 2-3 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilis
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Gram Flour
  • Water
  • 2-3 Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Fresh Curd
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • Cottage Cheese
  • 2-3 Slit Green Chilis
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves
  • Fresh Coriander
