- 500 gms Chicken (chopped)
- Black Pepper (crushed)
- Salt (as required)
- 2 tbsp Refined Flour
Pan-Searing the Chicken
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 5-6 Button Mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- Black Pepper (crushed)
