Confetti Crumbs

Confetti Crumbs are the perfect addition to birthday cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. These are super quick to make and taste like a slightly crisp, birthday cake streusel.
Ingredients
- 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (71g)
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar (130g)
- 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar, firmly packed (25g)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ⅓ cups cake flour (150g)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon table salt
- 3 Tablespoons sprinkles (I like to use a mix of nonpareils and jimmies but one or the other would work fine)
