  • ½ Cup Suji/ Semolina

Roast In Low Flame

Roast For 2-3 Min.

  • 1 Cup Milk

Cook Until Thickened

  • 1 Tspn Ghee

Cool Down For 5 Min.

Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water

Let It Boil

Boil For 5 Min.

Keep Aside

Knead Well

Roll

Cut With a Steel Bowl

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry Until Golden & Crispy
