Sooji Gulab Jamun
Ingredients:
For Gulab Jamun balls:
- Sooji (fine semolina) -1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Milk powder -2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Raisins (kismis) - 15 (optional)
- Cooking oil/ghee for frying
For syrup:
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Water - 2 cup
(you can use 1 cup of sugar and one cup of water as well for small quantity)
