Liquid Dough Rice Flour Cutlet

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1 & ½ Cup Water

Mix Gradually

  • 1 Tspn Ajwain
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tspn Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Carrot

Mix Well

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • 1 Tspn Sesame Seeds

Cook For 30 Sec.

Pour Rice Flour Mixture

Keep Stirring

Cook Until Separate from the Pan

Cool Down For 5 Min.

Knead For 1 Min.

Grease Oil in Hand

Make Shape

Coat with Breadcrumb

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry Until Golden Color
