Cheese cookies

Ingredients

18 cookies

  • 36g processed cheese
  • 15g Milk
  • 25g Salted butter
  • 10g granulated sugar
  • 60g Cake flour

Directions

① Put milk, sliced cheese and butter in a heatproof bowl.

Microwave 600w for 50 seconds.

mix well until smooth

② Add more sugar and mix well.

Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

③ Add the sifted flour and mix gently to form a lump with your hands.

④ Sandwich the dough between plastic wrap and roll it out to 3 mm.

Cut it with a round cookie cutter, 4.5cm diameter, arrange them on a baking sheet.

Re-roll the dough scraps and cut.

⑤Preheat an oven to 170℃.

If you have time, place the cut cookies in the freezer for 15min

⑥Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

⑦ Cool on the cake cooler.
