The East 8 Hold up is a delicious vodka cocktail that has just a touch of Aperol.
Add in measures of pineapple juice and passion fruit syrup and these ingredients combine to create an all round perfect sipper.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz / 45 ml vodka
- 1/2 oz / 15 ml Aperol
- 1/2 oz / 15 ml pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz / 15 ml lime juice
- 1/2 oz / 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 tsp / 5 ml passion fruit syrup
