This unlikely paring of ingredients may at first appear like a bad match on Tinder but given the chance, once shaken and garnished they transform into a herbaceous and creamy combination.
Don't let the whole egg scare you off either- its a critical component to a flip and lets be honest, if you can handle egg white in sours your already halfway there!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz / 30 ml blanco tequila
- 1/2 oz / 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz / 15 ml Jagermeister
- 1/4 oz / 7.5 ml simple syrup
- 1 WHOLE egg
