Homemade Irish Cream

Nicole shows you how to make homemade Irish cream for the holiday season. Serve it on the rocks or alone for a comforting and rich seasonal drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and almond extract if using.
  2. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the Irish Cream into a bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Shake well before using, as it may separate over time.
  6. Serve over ice or use in your favorite cocktails.
