Apple Puff Pastry Cake

Apple puff pastry cake: colorful and super tasty!

INGREDIENTS

• Puff pastry
• 3 apples
• Powdered sugar
• Cinnamon and sugar

METHOD

1. With a pizza cutter, mark a frame on a puff pastry sheet.

2. Prick the entire pastry puff with a fork.

3. Cut an apple in half and slice thinly.

4. Repeat with two more different apples.

5. Place half of the apple in one direction and the rest in opposite directions.

6. Mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over the apples.

7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F),

8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
