Ice cream cookies
INGREDIENTS
150g (3/4 cup) of mascarpone 500ml (2 cups) of whipping cream 100g of dark chocolate flakes 1 tsp of coffee 50g of wafer 200g of dry biscuits Milk Cocoa powder
METHOD
- In a bowl add the mascarpone, and whipping cream, and mix with an electric mixer. Add the chocolate flakes, and coffee and crumble the wafer. Mix everything well with a spatula.
- Dip each biscuit in milk and arrange the bottom layer on the tray with mold. Spread the prepared cream and flatten it with a spatula.
- Arrange the top layer of the biscuits to cover the cream. Transfer to the freezer for 4 hours.
- After time has elapsed cut into single pieces and decorate some of them with cocoa powder.
