Cream Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 12cm round Cake Pan
  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 120g Heavy cream 
  • 80g White chocolate
  • 80g Heavy cream 

Directions

â‘  Microwave 80g of cream and white chocolate in a microwave oven at 600w for 40 seconds.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then mix slowly to melt.
② Put cream cheese in a bowl and add 120g of cream in 2 portions, mixing well each time.
③Add ① and mix well.
â‘ŁPour the mixture and smooth the surface.
⑤Refrigerate for several hours until firmly set.
