Banana Butter Cake

Ingredients

24×10cm tart pan

  • 1 Egg(60g) (room temperature)
  • 60g Sugar
  • 80g Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 40g Melted butter
  • 60g Cake flour
  • 40g Almond flour
  • 3g Baking powder

*Topping: Bananas*120g(net weight )

Directions

Preparation:

Grease tart pan with butter.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
①Crack an egg into a bowl. Mix it with a whisk.
②Add sugar and mix well.
③Add Greek yogurt and Melted butter, mix again.
④Combine flour, Almond flour and baking powder sift into the bowl. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
⑤Pour the batter into tart pan.
⑥Line up the Banana on top.
⑦Bake for 338 °F/170℃ 30min.
⑧Cool completely on wire rack.
*The flavor of this cake won't have settled yet when they are fresh out of the oven, so be sure to let them rest for half a day or more before enjoying them.
