Zucchini cordon bleu


  • 300g of round zucchini
  • 150g of cheese
  • 100g of ham
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • All-purpose flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying


  1. Cut the zucchinis into slices for about a half-centimeter. Stuff a slice of the zucchini with cheese and with cooked ham and close like a sandwich with another slice of the zucchini.
  2. Beat the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Now pass the stuffed zucchini first in the flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and then in the breadcrumbs. Pass them again in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in deep hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
