- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds -1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
- Black pepper -1/4
- Carom seeds - 1 tsp
- Nigella seeds -1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Dry Mango powder - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste or 2.5 tbsp
