  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • 24pcs Siling Labuyo
  • 1/2 tbsp Paminta Buo

Sweet & Spicy

  • 1/3 of 1 Gallon Cane White Vinegar
  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • 10 pcs Siling Labuyo
  • 1/2 tbsp Paminta Buo
  • 1 cup Patis
  • Salt to taste
  • 500g White Sugar

Sukang

  • 1/3 of 1 Gallon Cane White Vinegar
  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • 6 pcs Siling Labuyo
  • 1/2 tbsp Paminta Buo
  • 1 cup Patis
  • Salt to taste
  • 50g or thumb sized Luya or Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 small to medium sized Sibuyas
