- Salt to taste
- 500g White Sugar
Sukang
- 1/3 of 1 Gallon Cane White Vinegar
- 1 bulb Garlic
- 6 pcs Siling Labuyo
- 1/2 tbsp Paminta Buo
- 1 cup Patis
- Salt to taste
- 50g or thumb sized Luya or Ginger
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 small to medium sized Sibuyas
