For the Coating
- 1 & 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
For the Chicken
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- For Frying
- Oil
For Garnish
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (shredded)
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon Wedges
