  • 1-inch Ginger
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Sake /Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

For the Coating

  • 1 & 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Water

For the Chicken

  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • For Frying
  • Oil

For Garnish

  • 1/2 cup Cabbage (shredded)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon Wedges
