Suji Halwa Sweets

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Sago / Tapioca
  • ½ Cup Water
  • Soak For 1 Hours
  • ½ Cup Suji / Semolina
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • Soak For 10 Min.
  • Pour In Blender
  • Blend Well
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Let It Boil
  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  • Suji-Sago Mixture
  • Keep Stirring
  • ¼ Cup Ghee ( Add Gradually)
  • Cook For 5 Min.
  • 1-2 Drops Orange Food Color
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Fruits
  • Cook Until Separate From The Pan
  • Grease Oil In aPlate
  • Spread Well
  • Cool Down For 1 Hour
