Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Sago / Tapioca
- ½ Cup Water
- Soak For 1 Hours
- ½ Cup Suji / Semolina
- ½ Cup Milk
- Soak For 10 Min.
- Pour In Blender
- Blend Well
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- Let It Boil
- ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
- Suji-Sago Mixture
- Keep Stirring
- ¼ Cup Ghee ( Add Gradually)
- Cook For 5 Min.
- 1-2 Drops Orange Food Color
- 2 Tbsp Dry Fruits
- Cook Until Separate From The Pan
- Grease Oil In aPlate
- Spread Well
- Cool Down For 1 Hour
