- 1½ cups crawfish boil broth
- 1 cup sliced sausage
- 4 small red potatoes, quartered
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese blend
- 3 ears cooked corn, kernels removed from cobs
- 1½ cups crawfish tails
- ½ cup roughly chopped fresh parsley
- 3 lemons
